We currently offer our charity scheme to the UK. We can ship outside of the UK for additional costs.
The best way to contact us is by email, during office hours we will get back to you within the hours. This is particularly helpful if iyour query is anything to do with your logo, as we cannot see your logo through the phone, yet!
All orders can be changed, or cancelled, at any point before physical work has started on your order, this is usually at the point after payment. After which time, as this is a personalised product, something we cannot reuse after it is printed, we would not be able to cancel your order.
We aim to have all orders out inside 7 days, if it is likely to be longer we will notify you at the time of ordering. If you need your order sooner, please email us with as many details as possible.
If you are a fundraiser, then yes you can, let us know the chairty you are fundraising for with a letter of authority or alike, and we will help. If you don't have this, still get in touch, we can weed out the geneuine from the not genuine ones. We will not offer the charity discount to Joe Bloggs off the High Street to help promote his half price sale, even if they say a few quid is going in a tin to some charity at the end, or similar stories!
We can either convert your logo to a one colour logo to take advantage of the charity discount, alternatively we suggest viewing contacting out trading partners The Balloon Printing Company, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your logo. Their minimum for a multicolour print is 1000 balloons.
Yes you can, however there will be an additional charge for using a non standard colour. With our charity discount, we streamline what we offer, including print colour, down to black and white, so we can keep costs down, and pass on these low unbeatable prices to deserving charity and fundraisers. To put, for example a red ink on to a machine that already has black on, takes around 2 hours.
Yes you can, our minimum order however is always 500 balloons to use the charity discount.
As standard, we will use 11" balloons, but for no extra cost we can use 10" or 12" balloons. It is worth pointing out that a 12" balloon uses double the helium a 10" balloon will use.
Every calendar year we reset, so if you won in June for example, send a new entry in January.
Yes, this may incur a cost if it is increasing quantity or adding to your order, we will always try and do your order for the cheapest possible price.
We allow 7 days to claim your prize from when we email you with the good news, you will have agreed to this when entering. After this point if it has not been claimed, we will re-enter you in to the draw. No redraw will take place for the unclaimed prize. We keep it at 7 days and no redraw to prevent months from overlapping, and to keep it simple.
Yes we are more than happy to email you samples of our plain balloons, or a mock up of your design on a balloon. We can send out a small sample pack of plain balloons for £9.95 which contains 1 of each balloon colour, a balloon stick and a ribboned valve. Due to set up time involved, we are unable to send you physical samples with your artwork, just the mock up as sugested above.
